New year, new adventures - we learn, discover, experience!

The first days together, meetings, games, and activities are behind us, and a whole year full of new projects, experiences, and childhood discoveries lies ahead . This year, we are placing an even stronger emphasis on learning through action, movement, experimentation, and independent discovery, as well as on well-being, emotions, and mindfulness . We want to develop not only our preschoolers' knowledge and skills, but also their curiosity, creativity, independence, agency, and social skills.

🧮 In Children's Mathematics , we count, measure, compare and go on "Mathematical Walks", discovering that mathematics is everywhere around us.

🤖 With Zosia the robot , we learn the basics of coding and programming, develop logical thinking and learn to create sequences – also completely without screens .

🍂 During the Sensory 4 Seasons and the Preschool Outdoor Activities , we will explore the world with all our senses, observe nature, experiment and take advantage of what nature gives us.

🐸 Frogs' peace and mindfulness – in our kindergarten for years

Through short breathing exercises, focusing on the senses, conscious movement, relaxation, and moments of silence, children learn to stop, notice their emotions and body signals, focus their attention, and respond more calmly to what's happening around them . Frog reminds us that sometimes it's worth stopping for a moment, breathing, and simply being "here and now." 💚

🥕 Our Happy Cooking program returns once a month – led for years in English by our native speakers. Children not only prepare healthy dishes, but also, together with their parents, choose and purchase the chosen product. It's a small step that beautifully builds independence, responsibility, and a sense of empowerment .

❤️ We will also focus on emotions and relationships. The Classroom Full of Kindness and Emojis and Mindfulness projects will help children develop empathy and cooperation, learn to recognize and regulate emotions, maintain their own boundaries, practice mindfulness, and calm down.

🥦 In the series Superpower Trackers in the Land of Food, a nutritional psychologist will support children in building a good, healthy relationship with food and learning the principles of conscious eating.

📵 Digital hygiene and offline activity will also be important topics . We're showing children that great fun doesn't need a screen – it can start with a board game, exercise, meeting another person, your own idea, or a bit of imagination.

And that's not all! 😊 In spring, we'll have a special week called "Toy-Free Room ," where we'll learn about our parents' professions , and in May, as we have every year, we'll meet for "Reading on the Carpet ," inviting parents and loved ones to discover the world of books together.

Because at Baby English Academy we believe that children learn best when they can experience, try, ask questions, create and discover.

We've had a fantastic start to the year – and we can't wait for everything that's still ahead! 💛
