Since 2009 , they have welcomed children and parents to the preschool every day with positive energy and smiles. They are the heart of Baby English Academy – caring for the daily routine, atmosphere, and sense of security of the entire preschool community. Always close to people, always ready to support – so that children, parents, and the team feel calm, at home, and comfortable here. Privately, we have four children – now adults – who are graduates of Baby English Academy, enthusiasts of a healthy lifestyle, vegetarian and vegan cuisine, photography, travel, and sporting activities. By education, we have degrees in economics, psychology, and preschool and early childhood education.

She completed a Bachelor degree in Drama and Music in Brisbane, Australia. After studies, she knew that she wanted to explore working with and teaching kids. Since that turning point, she has worked several Summers at American Summer camps, taught Drama classes with primary school children and been an English teacher in a private language school here in Poland. She loves that breakthrough moment when you’ve made a connection with a child and can see their mind opening to all possibilities that are wonderful and new! She has studied music and music theory since the age of seven, so she loves playing the guitar, piano, ukulele and singing. Living in Poland has also given her the time to explore different parts of the world and take up a new language - something which excites her everyday!

He graduated from University of Waterloo in Canada (BA in Fine Art.), Oxford House College in London (Celta) and UCL in London (Delta). He has been working with children, youth and adults for many years teaching English. Besides Poland, he also lived in England and Turkey for several years. Now he is happy to settle down and raise his daughter here in Poland. John likes cooking, hiking and reading.​​​​​​​

Edyta has been a member of the Baby English Academy team for many years, supporting children in their daily development with a huge heart. A graduate of Pedagogy with a specialization in Early Childhood and Preschool Education at the University of Natural Sciences and Humanities, she has combined her theoretical knowledge with her preschool practice from the very beginning. This allows her to continually develop her skills, learning from more experienced colleagues while also bringing her own ideas, energy, and sensitivity to the team.
When working with children, the most important things for her are a sense of security, closeness, and the daily joy of being together. She supports each child with care and attentiveness, attending to their needs, emotions, and individual pace of development. Her greatest satisfaction comes from seeing the children return to preschool each day with a smile, feeling at home there.

Paulina is a graduate of preschool and early childhood education, and in her work with children, she combines solid professional training with extensive experience and natural empathy. She easily builds close, trusting relationships with children, making them feel safe, at ease, and important. She stands out for her warmth, warm smile, and calm approach to everyday situations. She attentively accompanies children in their development, supports them in discovering the world, and helps them navigate various emotions and challenges. Her presence brings positive energy, harmony, and joy to the group.

A psychology graduate from Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw, she furthered her knowledge through postgraduate studies in Applied Behavior Analysis and Early Intervention – Child and Family Support. She also completed a Qualifying Course for Professional Teachers and a Course in Pedagogical Therapy. Her work is supervised. Believing in the importance of lifelong development, she regularly attends training courses and conferences on child diagnosis, therapy, and development. In her work, she strives to combine behavioral, developmental, and relationship-based approaches. She loves traveling and delicious food, and is interested in design and photography.

Karolina graduated with a degree in special education, specializing in speech therapy, and has been a key member of the Baby English Academy team for many years. With extensive experience, attentiveness, and empathy, she supports children in their communication and emotional development.
At Baby English Academy Preschool, she conducts preventative speech therapy sessions and individual therapy tailored to each child's needs. With great sensitivity and calm, she builds a relationship based on trust, ensuring children feel safe and eager to engage in the suggested activities. Her professionalism, patience, and warm approach make therapy a natural and welcoming experience for the children. Karolina is committed to supporting them on their journey to clear, fluent communication, fostering their self-confidence and joy in speaking.

She came to Poland in 2007 and since then she’s been working as an English Teacher, she joined our team in 2008. She works with children and teenagers. On the one hand it is a big challenge for her but on the other it gives her a lot of pleasure and satisfaction. She makes sure that learning English is for children a great fun and fascinating educational journey. She graduated from Kalanya University in Sri Lanka, where she studied international relations. A graduate of the Janusz Korczak Pedagogical University, she completed her first and second cycle studies in Pedagogy – Early School and Preschool Education with Speech Therapy and Pedagogical Diagnosis and Therapy, and is a qualified teacher. She systematically expands her knowledge, dedicatedly developing her skills and seeking new, valuable solutions in working with children.
